1. All deposits and payments are non-refundable and are only transferable at the discretion of the course instructor. Your deposit for a horse/rider position or course/ lesson cannot be automatically or by default transferred to a non-horse participant status, another course or another learning format. If you pay deposits for more than one course, deposits for other courses cannot be automatically transferred to pay the balance of another course or automatically credited to another learning format. Your deposit for a position in a course/lesson means that we are reserving your spot and therefore no longer advertising to fill that spot.

2. A $200 transfer fee applies where at the discretion of the course instructor monies are transferred to another course, learning status or learning format.

3. A 50% deposit secures your place as long as the balance of payment is paid by the specified date on the course information page for that specific course or 14 days prior to course commencement, whichever is the earlier date.

4. I understand the balance is due 14 days prior to course commencement or by the date specified in the course information for that specific course, whichever is the earlier date and discounted Early Bird (EB) prices only apply if the balance of payment is made prior to the EB deadline.

5.  If Mel Fleming cancels the Course (except in the case of a catastrophic event that is out of her control), you can either attend another Course and the transfer fee will not apply or receive a full refund. In the case of an event which is out her control the the payment will be credited and transferred to a future course without any transfer fee being applied.

6.  All credits must be used within a 18 mth period of the original course date.

7. If you enter into a payment plan you are committed to fulfill that plan. If you cancel the payment plan, no refunds will be given except under extreme circumstances and at the instructor’s discretion.
